Reunion Ally Terms of Use
Terms of Service
Last Updated: 2026
Welcome to Reunion Ally. We're thrilled to help you bring your community together. By using our reunion planning services, you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully—we promise they're more interesting than a budget spreadsheet.
1. Our Service Commitment
We provide a comprehensive reunion planning service. This includes setting up your digital hub, managing communications, and facilitating transactions (like ticket sales or donations). We aim for 100% uptime and a seamless experience, but we are a human-led service supported by technology—sometimes minor glitches happen, and we promise to fix them as fast as we can.
2. Your Responsibilities (The "Don't Be a Jerk" Rule)
To keep the reunion spirit positive, you agree to:
- Provide accurate info: Make sure the dates, locations, and guest lists you provide are correct.
- Be respectful: No spamming, harassment, or using our platform to host content that is illegal or offensive.
- Secure your access: Keep your organizer link safe. You are responsible for the activity that happens within your specific reunion hub.
3. Payments, Fees, and Funds
We make it easy for your guests to pay for their spots.
- Service Fees: Our service fees are clearly stated at the time of booking. These fees cover the labor of setting up and maintaining your hub and are generally non-refundable.
- Transaction Processing: We use secure, third-party payment processors. While we facilitate the transaction, we are not responsible for delays caused by banks or credit card providers.
- Payouts: Funds collected for your reunion will be disbursed to the organizer's designated account according to the schedule agreed upon during your setup.
4. Your Content, Your Memories
Anything you upload—photos, itineraries, embarrassing stories from 1998—belongs to you. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to display them within your private reunion hub so your guests can see them. We won't sell your family photos to a stock image site; that would be weird.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Service Cancellation: If you need to cancel our planning services, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility for our service fee depends on how much work has already been completed.
- Guest Refunds: Each reunion organizer sets their own refund policy for guests. We will process refunds to your guests based on your instructions, provided there are sufficient funds in the reunion account.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are here to help you plan, but we don't run the actual event. Reunion Ally is not responsible for the quality of the catering, weather at the park, or your Uncle Bob's questionable dance moves. We provide the platform and the process; the execution of the physical event is the responsibility of the organizer and the chosen vendors.
7. Changes to These Terms
As our service grows, we might update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice on your hub.
